Hello! My name is Maggie and I am studying abroad next semester and am looking for someone to sublet my room! I live in the Sawyer Student Living Apartments off Orange St with 3 college girls, and we each have our own bedroom and bathroom.
I'll be moving out right after finals end, around December 16.
I'm looking for someone to take my lease over from this time/beginning of January until July 31, 2024 (when the lease ends).
Rent is $825/month, plus $25/month in utilities, totaling $900.
Amenities include a Roku TV, in unit washer and dryer, rentable storage units in the building, UDASH bus stop, the bike path and more.
There is free street parking along Wyoming, in the PaddleHead stadium parking lot, and also spots in an underground garage that are available for rent.
One of my roommates does have a really sweet kitty, so being cat friendly is appreciated.
