We are a family of two that live in a two story 2 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms.
You will have your own room on the opposite side of the home with your own bath.
You will have as much privacy as you wish when it comes to being able to do your own thing.
My child does not really need to be supervised, more just present to provide a sense of safety and a decision maker present when needed.
