I have a room opening for rent in the few weeks.
You will be sharing a home with a gm.
No females, I only accept males.
Sorry, guys are just easier to deal with.
I really prefer straight males but not opposed to gm.
Very laid back home.
No heavy drugs.
420 ok.
Smoker ok.
We will have to share a bathroom.
Internet is furnished, Everything is furnished, You will have full access to the living room, kitchen, outdoors.
Unfortunately, no pets because I have a few so you must be a dog lover or at least someone that likes dogs.
Rent is $450 a month or $125 per week.
I do not do a credit check, criminal background check etc.
I will need a refundable deposit of $200 and first months rent unless paying weekly and you will need to pay two weeks at the beginning.
