2br - Room for trade (Wilmer)

I have a spare room in a brick house with ramps,I need some basic help and would trade that for the room for the right person.
there is a lake out back for fun It is on a week to week basis until we get to know each other .
I am a wheelchair guy (M.
S) and could use cleanup and decorating services .
A woman is preferred .
No children please.
The one bathroom is huge and handicap accessible.
There is a fenced pet enclosure.
