We are looking for a reliable CSR.
Hours are 8am-5pm Monday - Friday.
They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
The tasks of the customer service rep will include some account payable, dispatching, answering phone calls and utilizing Service Titan.
The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
They will be self-motivated and trustworthy to perform the daily tasks they are given and contributes in driving sustainable growth.
*Responsibilities*
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
* Answer phone calls and book appropriate jobs in Service Titan
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.
)
* Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary
*Skills*
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
* Excellent organizational and customer service skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
* High school diploma is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.
00 - $16.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
