Overview: We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative skills.
Experience in office management and calendar management is a plus.
Responsibilities including but not limited to: - Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls - Maintain a tidy reception area - Manage office correspondence and email - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning - Check in patients, check medical insurance, collect co-pays and balances Requirements: - Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role - Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently - Excellent communication and customer service skills -Weekend availability This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your administrative skills will be valued.
