Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk

Front Desk Associate Candlewood Suites Hotel Primary Responsibilities Include: * Provides authentic, friendly, in person guest service at the hotel front desk * Management of property management system (OPERA) during all shifts * Takes ownership of all service recovery issues by solving guest problems and requests * Manages all shift checklist tasks related to processing all guest arrivals, departures and transactions * Answers phones and takes reservations as needed * Processes transactions from our Cupboard store * Cash handling and shift balancing * Support of other hotel departments and team as required based on hotel occupancies Required Skills: * Hotel property management systems (OPERA) * Computer related skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Google docs, * Excellent problem solving and communication is a necessity * Familiarity with office equipment (Computers, copiers, scanners, etc) * Ability to confidently work alone and multi-task Work Experience: * Hotel Front Desk; Guest Service delivery * IHG brands experience makes you a more valuable candidate * Extended Stay experience makes you a more valuable candidate * Customer Service experience in a fast-paced environment * Creative Problem Solving * Understanding Loyalty Programs Education: * High School Diploma required * College with a focus on hospitality studies Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.
