This job requires a blend of skill, competency and immense dedication.
Sales Associate reports to the Store Manager and works on their direction for meeting company objectives.
*Job Duties:*
* Interact with customers, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases
* Meet assigned sales targets in the given period of time
* Complete all the assigned tasks by the Store Manager
* Maintain the proper display of goods in the store and ensuring that they comply with the quality standards
* Maintain professional, clean and safe environment for employees and members/guests
* Attend sales training activities
* Able to work flexible days and hours
* Other duties as assigned
*Qualifications:*
* Should possess strong communication skills
* Should have good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and as well as strong sales skills
* Should be a team player and have the ability of meeting assigned targets
