Our company is seeking an *Customer Service Associate* that enjoys _working as a team_ in a very fast paced environment to _deliver value-added solutions_.

*Competitive base pay along with a monthly incentive plan with potential to make $65,000 per year.
* Responsibilities: * Accept in-bound and make out-bound calls to new (cold-calling) and current customers to prospect for new/additional business.
* Responsible for quoting sales orders based upon current market rates.
* Essential to have contact communication with customers to ensure quality service.

* Be an inquisitive, quick learner and paying attention to small details.
* Practice effective time management to organize day and avoid getting distracted.
* Manage daily operation of orders to ensure the execution of delivery.
* Provide inside sales support for our Outside Sales team.
* Assist customers with identify their needs and providing product knowledge assistance.
* Assist in full life cycle of sales: creating quotes, entering orders, working with clients on customer service issues, problem resolution, etc.
Requirements: * Possess high school diploma or equivalent.
* Must be personable and accurate with numbers.
* Industrial metal knowledge a plus, but not required.
* Previous inside sales experience.
* Have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
* Must pass background check and drug screening.
