Retail Sales Associate/Customer Service

We would love an associate who has experience working in retail - experience in boutiques is a plus! We are also wanting an associate who has experience working with the Shopify system or someone who is a quick learner.
*Experience and Qualifications:* * At least 1 year of retail selling preferred.
* High school diploma is required.
* Ability to adapt to different personalities.
* Working Saturdays REQUIRED.
* Time management.
* Meeting sales goals by training, mentoring and motivating staff.
* Running the sales floor & assisting customers in putting together outfits.
* Receiving, checking and organizing merchandise.
