Our clinic is progressive, fast-paced, and ever growing, and we are seeking a highly motivated, independent, and organized client service representative to join our team (experience in the veterinary field is preferred).
Our new team member must have compassion for creatures, excellent communication skills, and a helpful spirit while working in a team setting.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
· Client communication via phone, email, and text
· Handling monetary transactions
· Checking patients/clients in and out
· Filling medications
· Medical record keeping and invoicing
· Patient discharge and client education
