*Purpose of Position*
To handle incoming calls from clients and SSI associates and to work SSRs providing problem analysis to resolution.
*Essential Functions*
* Handles incoming calls from clients and SSI associates.
* Works SSRs:
* Provides problem analysis and resolution
* Notes actions/tasks and routes SSRs to other internal groups
* Coordinates with other internal groups for problem/SSR resolution
* Provides backup for, or additional coverage to the Operations team, which may include some evening hours per week or weekend.
* Attends training/meetings as scheduled.
* Acts as a positive role model in all aspects of professional performance.
* Observes safety procedures and personnel policies.

* Must have working knowledge with SSI billing product suites.
* Must exhibit functional knowledge of Microsoft Office.

*Experience and Education Requirements*
* High School Diploma required.
Bachelors Degree in related field preferred.
* Experience with DOS, Windows, and Microsoft Office products.
Prior client training or client service experience required.
* 0-2 years healthcare operation and billing experience preferred.
_A combination of experience and advanced education may be substituted.
