Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MS Office, internet searches, and other related software programs Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Starting rate of pay for this position is $17.
50/hour.
The purpose of the Customer Service Representative position is to process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm.
