Client Resource Advisor
Essential Duties:
Responsible for optimizing client operations efficiency by prioritizing escalated tasks, actively participating in problem resolution, and sharing technical and process knowledge
Serving as a knowledge reference for technical, financial and process issues and providing assistance and guidance to co-workers on best approaches, practices, and lessons learned
Troubleshooting and resolving high-level technical issues, coordinating the cooperation of any cross functional departments in order to ensure the matter is followed to resolution and the client's needs are met in an efficient manner
Assisting in creation and management of team performance improvement objectives and programs, ensuring the most efficient and industry current processes are being applied
Maintaining adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures
Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications:
Education:
Associates degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communications, or related field required.
Equivalent work experience may be substituted for educational experience.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or related field preferred
Experience:
Minimum 5 years customer service or technical experience in a business to business environment is required
Minimum 2 years notifications systems experience preferred
Minimum 1 year experience working in the healthcare or technical industries preferred
Minimum 1 year in a management, team lead, or advisory position preferred
Time spent in pursuit of an advanced degree (e.
g.
Junior/Senior year of a Bachelor's, etc.
) may be substituted in lieu of equivalent work experience requirements
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
