*Responsibilities of the Event and Customer Service Representative:*
* Communicating with donors in a professional, empathetic, and respectful manner emphasizes the impact we can make in our community
* Responsible for reporting and tracking all activities to management, as well as communicating all event and promotions requirements through company provided forms
* Attend in-person and virtual meetings to increase client knowledge
* Provide support to families and community members
* Build and maintain positive working relationships with the consumers, clients, and other team members
* Work collaboratively and efficiently with fellow team members to increase awareness
* Establish concrete, supportive relationships with the community and provide feedback to senior management
*Requirements of the Event and Customer Service Representative:*
* 1-2 years of experience in Management, Events, Sales, or Customer Service
* Reliable, natural problem solver, and can think on your feet in a high-energy environment
* Someone who is looking to develop others and make an impact on the community
* The candidate must possess a strong student mentality and willingness to learn
* A competitive edge with the want to inherit more responsibilities
