Responsibilities:
To resolve physical and computer-based incidents reported by customers or company internal departments at all stages of goods flow, by investigation in conjunction with the department(s) concerned.
This role may be assigned to Customer Services (the dedicated support department) or directly to operations.

Scope of Activities
To carry out some or all of the following activities:
Be aware of all incidents reported using the dedicated software, which customers and all departments can use to record an incident and make a service request (service request error, component not received, component lost, etc.
)
Process requests made by e-ticket or by e-mail to resolve internal or end-customer issues
Use SAP (PEA, PGI, PDA, EWM) to conduct analyses, and identify the most appropriate points of contact to conduct more detailed analyses and resolve the incidents concerned
Ask multiple departments - often by e-mail - for the information required to resolve incidents
Reduce the penalties that may be imposed on the company where incidents result from errors made by our departments
Monitor new procedures introduced by departments
Maintain communication with operations staff to ensure that internal processes are respected or, in the opposite case, to query non-compliance
Ensure you have all the knowledge of departments and logistics flows needed to analyze and resolve issues within the lead times set for incident resolution and closure
Ensure you have the ability to use all the information systems operated by all departments, and arrange training, if necessary
The activities are to be adapted for employees on work/study contracts (vocational training contracts, apprenticeship contracts, etc.
) to remain consistent with their theory training.

Experience operating a box truck and forklift are required.
