Ascent Hospitality is seeking a highly organized and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team in Mobile, AL.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Manage the front office operations, including reception, reservations, and guest services
Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently
Supervise and train front office staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about the hotel and its services
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the front office
Manage room inventory and reservations, ensuring that all rooms are booked and that guests are assigned appropriate rooms
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Ensure that all front office equipment is in good working order and that supplies are stocked
Prepare reports on front office operations and present them to senior management
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
