Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
Location: Semmes, AL
Pay Rate: $17/hr (with room for advancement)
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with professionalism.
Maintain and organize office records and documents.
Basic data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Qualifications:
Familiarity with the Semmes area is a strong asset.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Professional phone etiquette and a pleasant phone voice.
