Our team members are the most important asset! Their responsibility are to maintain gardens and lawns.
They operate weedeater, edger, (standing, push, zero turn) mower, blower, and hedge trimmers.
A BLI Crew Member takes ownership, seeks to provide excellent customer service, and promotes BLI core values of professionalism, quality, accountability, efficiency, and safety.
_This position will be for our Spanish Fort location.
Orientation, Onboarding, and training will be held at our Mobile office.

Day to day tasks
* Drive work vehicles to and from sites
* Follow written and verbal instructions from the Crew Leader and Managers.
* Operate with a team and individually on tasks
* Maintaining gardens and lawns, including mowing, trimming, pruning, spraying, raking, and weeding
* Load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles
* Pull and spray weeds on sites
* Adhere to all safety precautions

* Operate equipment, including weedeater, edger, trimmers leaf blowers
* Have a valid Drivers License (required) Pass DOT Physical
* Lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job, including standing, bending, lifting, pulling, and climbing
* Enjoy working outside
* Works well independently and with a team
* Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test
Education and Experience:
* At least one year of landscaping experience is preferred, but not required
* Must be over 18 years old
* Communicating effectively, _speaking multiple languages is preferred_
