\*\*Job Title: Local Hazmat Fuel Hauler\*\*
\*\*Duties:\*\*
- Safely transport hazardous materials, specifically fuel, to various locations within the local area
- Load and unload fuel using proper equipment and techniques
- Operate manual transmission vehicles, including flatbeds, tankers, dump trucks, roll-off trucks, and tractor-trailers
- Follow established routes and schedules for efficient fuel delivery
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries and complete required paperwork
- Comply with all hazardous material handling procedures and safety protocols
\*\*Requirements:\*\*
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with hazmat endorsement
- MUST HAVE A Minimum of 2 years TANKER commercial driving experience
-MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years
- Experience operating manual transmission vehicles
- Familiarity with loading and unloading procedures for various types of equipment (tankers, etc.
)
- Knowledge of forklift operation is a plus
- Ability to follow established routes and schedules while ensuring timely fuel delivery
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols when handling hazardous materials
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
