Locally grown smoking wood sticks, approximately 11” long available in 4 flavors! Pecan, Wild Cherry, Hickory and Oak.
Pecan and Wild Cherry are mild flavors, excellent for pork and poultry (including turkey!) Hickory is stronger, great for pork (bacon!) and beef Oak is a more neutral flavor, and similar to the Texas post oak.
Sold in a 1’ square, measured via milk crates (not included in sale) Naturally dried to approximately 20% moisture.
