Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food production, service, and hospitality.
- Manage and lead a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support.
- Ensure high-quality food handling and preparation standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a positive dining experience for guests, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for existing staff members.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with kitchen management software is a plus.
