Job Title Management Assistant (Hiring salary range is $50,000 to $55,000)
Job Summary
Located in Atmore, AL and reporting to the Executive Vice President of PCIFS, the Management Assistant will be working on multiple projects to assist with meeting the scope and objectives of various projects, internal office, and potential marketing needs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work on multiple project deliverables from conception through completion with a focus on cost, expenditures, accuracy and excellence of delivery.
Schedule and monitor project performance to include coordination of resources (internal, vendors, etc.
)
Assist with internal needs for presentations.
Assist with internal management and administration tasks as assigned.
Understand the scope of project to help drive the successful coordination of responsibilities for the analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, and implementation of needed materials.
Work with the team to ensure resource availability and allocation related to internal projects, marketing events, etc.
Communicate all deliverable status updates and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership.
Assist with management reporting tasks.
Review and report project status and benchmarking.
Other duties may be assigned.
Job Requirements
For this position, preference will be extended to qualified Native American Indian candidates from the Poarch Creek Indian tribe who are members or first generation members of the tribe.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Must be able to work predominately in person at the Atmore office and be available to travel up to 25%
Exceptional experience and proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite of products, specifically with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting competing deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Experience working directly with internal customer stakeholders.
If required, must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
US Citizenship is required for clearance.

Standing in work areas and walking between work areas will be required.
This position requires an employee to occasionally bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance; reach, push, and pull drawers and doors open and closed.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
