Job Description:
Minotaur Cyber and System Admin Team Lead
The requirements listed define the Minotaur Cyber and System Admin Team Lead (CSA-TL) responsibilities and tasking.
The CSA-TL is a highly qualified individual that understands projects, managing resources, and is able to conduct an in-depth analysis of systems.
The Minotaur CSA-TL directs and manages the cybersecurity and system administration team, works with the engineering and operation teams to understand the customer needs, develops documentation, and executes Minotaur operations.
The Minotaur CSA-TL shall directly support the Chief Integration Officer (CIO)/Minotaur Program Manager and work with the senior team leads to accomplish tasking related to design, integration and deployment of fleet supported mission systems and ground infrastructure.
The Minotaur CSA-TL shall be a self starter and manager that is able to deliver products to meet mission execution.
The Minotaur CSA-TL shall be qualified to execute the below functions.
CSA-TL1: Develop and analyze high level architectures, designs and functional requirements for ground infrastructure, aircraft & surface mission systems.
CSA-TL2: Create cybersecurity and system administration solutions and map enterprise planning documents.
CSA-TL3: Develop detailed cybersecurity specifications and requirements.
CSA-TL4: Develop cybersecurity prototype designs for rapid deployment.
CSA-TL5: Research technology and draft Analysis of Alternatives (AoA).
CSA-TL6: Draft system cybersecurity and system design ideas, plans, and reports for enterprise solutions.
CSA-TL7: Develop customer focused mission system maintenance, cybersecurity documents, system administration documents, operational documents and life cycle plans for long term sustainment of the system.
CSA-TL8: Manage the cybersecurity and system administration team, working horizontally and vertically across other teams (software, engineering, operations, etc), and the customer, to ensure operational usability, functionality and reliability of the system.
CSA-TL9: Execute travel to meet Government requirements.
CSA-TL10: Obtain and Maintain at least a Top Secret clearance.
CSA-TL11: Be able to accept guidance and direction from the CIO/MPM and Senior Leadership.
CSA-TL 12: Conduct Government and internal reviews and take action on feedback from reviewers.
CSA-TL 13: Be able to conduct annual evaluations on team members and provide documentation to support that evaluation.
CSA-TL 14: Build visions, business relationships & goals for future endeavors.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelors degree in Information Technology (IT), Electrical Engineering (EE), Aerospace Engineer (AE) or similar related technical study.
Degree may be substituted for years of technical experience or Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in related fields such as avionics, electronic, IT systems.
Proven performance with projects with good communication and team skills.
8+ years experience with leadership, DOD/DHS operations, maintenance and mission execution.
