Your challenges: Ensure the Quality Management System remains aligned with internal requirements Define Surveillance of the Flowline with the Operational Surveillance QCM Owner to successfully deliver Airbus requirements Review and analysis of aircraft and process records, such as Nonconformity, Customer Quality Logbook, Airbus Logbook data; identify repetitive and high impact topics; raise potential Major Manufacturing Incidents Review and Analysis of work instructions, drawings and other supporting documents for correctness and ensuring alignment with how the job is being performed.
Review of Audit reports, Personnel qualification records, calibration records, jig and tool data Review KPI data Ensure FOD Awareness in the assigned areas Facilitate and moderate Practical Problem Solving activities Ensure adherence to the Internal Audit and Operational Surveillance Plans Perform Operational Surveillance as assigned After Surveillance has been completed, a formal debrief with the MFT will be conducted and actions assigned Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements Support Internal and External Audits and follow-up activities Work with subcontractors/service providers to implement clear, detailed and achievable improvement plans.
Involve and engage in product and process surveillance activities through verification of Root Cause analysis (PPS) with Quality Conformance, Quality Lineside and Operational trams Review Non Compliance data daily and look for opportunities for improvement in the frame of Cos of Non Quality (CnQ) reduction and potential for Surveillance opportunities.
Utilize experience and proficiencies for performing on the spot coaching or containment for non compliance noted.
Lead Quality Authorizations and delegations Develop and implement Inspection Control Plan using the relevant control systems, tools and methods Light inspections and QLS support as needed Perform occasional Customer Protection Board (CPB) checks in line with NC reduction and surveillance requirements Review NC data for correctness and modify if vital while performing coaching to the NC originator Your boarding pass: 3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in an aviation company with an emphasis on Aircraft Manufacturing/ Quality/Lean Management/ Quality Inspection of entire Aircraft or Aircraft installations Previous experience in a mechanic and electrical installation Airline experience is desirable Preferred: Degree in Aeronautical / Industrial Engineering Not a 100% match?
