Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (PRN) - Providence Hospital - 11th floor

Responsibilities: Assists with patients/participants care activities.
Responsibilities: Assists with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
| Accommodates patients/participants with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
| Reports findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
| Assists with keeping patients/participants rooms clean and orderly.
| Monitors patients/participants environment for safety hazards and emergency situations and initiates corrective action as appropriate, as needed.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
One year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
