Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care is delivered
- Perform venipuncture and administer injections as required
- Assist with tube feeding and other specialized procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in Alabama
- Previous experience working in a nursing home or medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with memory care and ICU standards is a plus
- Proficient in performing venipuncture and administering injections
- Experience with tube feeding and laboratory procedures is desired
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to provide exceptional patient care
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
