*Job Title:* Local Clinical Specialist, LPN or RN, DEP, D3
*Purpose of Position/Summary:*
The Public Health Nurse position aims to provide nursing care services to Indiana residents in adherence to infection control practices outlined by the CDC, CMS, and state regulations.
This role is essential during periods of heightened patient volume or emergencies.
*Essential Duties/Responsibilities:* * Administer onsite point-of-care services including vaccinations and testing, while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
* Maintain proficiency in nursing skills, complete required trainings, and uphold all necessary licensure and certifications.
* Ensure confidentiality of patient information and complete accurate documentation of care provided.
* Attend staff and division meetings as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
*Job Requirements:* * LPN license required; RN license preferred.
