Minimum Qualification Requirements
Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in computer science or closely related field and a minimum of three years' responsible administrative experience in computer systems management, systems analysis and programming and project management; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
