Detailed Job Summary
· Interact with guests, promoting recreational offerings, and encouraging participation in activities.
Strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that guests feel comfortable and enthusiastic about taking part in the recreational programs.
· Coordinate special events and themed activities, collaborating with other hotel departments to create memorable guest experiences and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
· Solicit feedback from guests about recreational activities, assessing their satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement to enhance future offerings.
· Enforce safety guidelines for all recreational activities, minimizing risks and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff alike.
· versee the maintenance, inventory, and upkeep of recreational equipment and supplies, ensuring that all items are in good working condition and readily available for use.
· Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the recreation team delivers exceptional service and adhere to safety protocols.
· Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of equipment and facilities, coordinating maintenance as needed.
