Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Real Estate Agent with access to the MLS to fill work with our Team as a Transaction Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background communicating and working with agents, clients, lenders and title companies from purchase agrement to closing.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* Coordinating inspection, repair completion and repair negotiations
* Coordinating the transaction process from contract to closing
* Opening escrow and reviewing the purchase agreement
* Monitoring a transaction's contingency period and deadlines
* Submitting documentation to the broker for compliance
* Managing and coordinating all paperwork and possession schedules
* Scheduling follow-up calls with clients
