Needing a Miracle (Mobile)

My husband and I just moved to Mobile Alabama.
We were suggested to move here because Mobile has the best doctors that can help him out with his chronic infections that has already cost him one leg as well as type two diabetes and the glaucoma that has almost made him blind.
We had to spend the last 5 nights on the streets and have almost froze to death.
We have no blankets, no clothes, no tent, no tarps because someone stole our stuff about 5 days ago across town.
We do not want to go back over there across town around the Spanish Park if that makes any sense.
We don't even know who it was.
Can anybody make any suggestions? Please help us.
