I am a 40 year old Christian woman with 2 Standard Poodles in a single-wide manufactured house.
(The owner lives right next door in a new double-wide.
) I have lived here since January 2017.
I am a nice lady who would like to help out another lady who needs an affordable place to live.
I am open to being friends, but I also will respect your alone time.
The house is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom.
I actually use the living room as my bedroom.
I use the rear bedroom as a storage area, and a place to keep the dogs when I am not here.
We will have to share the bathroom, but there are 2 sinks with ample counter space.
You can have 1 of the sinks to yourself.
There is a roomy oval bathtub and a phone booth shaped shower with a swinging glass door.
The toilet has a new seat with sturdy metal hinges.
Don't you hate it when the plastic seat hinges break? Lol
You will have your own bedroom in the center of the house.
You are welcome to buy a new door handle with a unique lock and key, so you will have security and privacy.
There is a mini fridge in there for you to use.
But if you don't want it, we can move it out.
Currently, the room doesn't have carpeting, but a large area rug could cover it.
Washer and Dryer are in the hallway, and we will share them.
There will be some house rules.
1) No guests.
Just so there are no incidents, I ask that no one come for visits.
You are free to meet your friends and family elsewhere.
2) No mind altering drugs or alcohol to be used by you, while you are here.
I expect you to remain sober so that you behave yourself in a safe and responsible manner.
3) Care and consideration be practiced with my dogs.
Like making sure that you don't let them go outside without me out there to supervise them.
And, of course, you can't be physically abusive to the dogs.
4) Headphones/Ear Buds will be much appreciated, if you want to listen to music.
Let's not annoy each other with sounds.
