$500 a month, 300 deposit.
This is a nice home in a nice quiet subdivision.
No pets no children.
We will share the whole house, nice 12 by 20 sunroom, if you smoke then thats where.
I am a single woman, work full time I have an inside outside cat.
3 years old, no litterbox.
Your own bathroom and bedroom on separate sides of the house.
Bedroom is furnished except for a dresser.
Supply your own food, linens, laundry supplies.
I have a 43 inch TV if you want to put that in there.
Walk in closet.
Looking for a man or woman 50 plus years old.
Must have job and proof of that, a vehicle.
Long term only no short term.
The pictures of the bedroom, is when my roomate is still living here.
We half the electric and wifi.
