Newly build 1100 square foot home, with horse pasture, pole barn, garden space, chicken coupe with 2 horses on property.
No inside animals, non smokers only.
Must be clean and neat.
I’m currently not staying in the house full time and visit often to check on things.
I’m looking for a neat and clean roommate to rent to.
House is fully furnished with internet available.
I can be flexible on the rent for some that is handy and helps keep up the fence, light landscaping or able to work my horses.
Must be able to pass a background check with clean renter history.
I also have room for a camper if anyone is interested in just a camper space.
